SAFE HARBOR
Safe Harbor is a certified healthcare service provider operating in the state of Ohio. We hold certifications from both the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities(DODD) and the Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) allowing us to offer a range of services to individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. We service Clients with Individual Options (I/O) waiver services, Level 1 waiver services, supported living services, non-medical transportation, behavior support, and respite care. Our dedicated team is committed to delivering compassionate and top-quality care to our clients. We recognize the unique qualities of each individual, and in close collaboration with them and their families, we tailor personalized care plans that align with their specific needs and aspirations.
